Flyhawk 1/700 G37 destroyer

Post by biggles2 »

My G37, this time completed and in the right forum! Built pretty much OOB, except for substituting ladders with handrails from maindeck to bridge wings. Don't know if it's correct, but it looks better. Another great kit from Flywawk.

Great looking little model. Detailing and weathering look excellent.
Maybe it also deserves a seascape? :)

Cheers,

Oh, definitely. Some day she'll join SMS's Derfflinger or Lutzow (or both) somewhere in the North Sea. :wave_1:

I like it.
Where did you get the rigging plan? Is it included in FH instructions?

Mostly just an educated guess ( ). Certainly simplified! I suspect it could use a bit more rigging and signal flag halyards, but with the absence of anything that looks like flag lockers, I don't know where they would go . Maybe to the rear of the forward searchlight platform, or the bridge wings? Does anyone know? :wave_1:
