I want to present my next Bismarck (1/200) on two metal pipes (silver, maybe Aluminium or other metal). Do you have any idea what to use, where to get, ... ?

IMHO, inexpensive lamp parts, such as these, look very good, and are easy to apply. A finished plank, a drill, a couple of nuts, bolts, and washers, and away you go!
