Spray Paint Analogues

I've been using Tamiya sprays successfully for IJN, but for USN it doesn't seem to be a case. For instance, I had hard times finding an appropriate Navy Blue/Deck Blue combination. Is there any analogue (like sprays for art) which are good for modeling as well? I am just afraid going with a random brand, as it might be not fine enough.

Unfortunately, air brush is not an option as it's not wife-compatible.
