I used generic 1/350 rails and the artwox deck. Rigging was done with black copper wire 0,1mm and wig hair. For the seascape i used styrofoam and cotton with gloss medium.

Tsushima begins - ZVEZDA Borodino 1/350
Hello everyone, this is my version of the Borodino as it turns to fire its broadside to the Japanese fleet.
I used generic 1/350 rails and the artwox deck. Rigging was done with black copper wire 0,1mm and wig hair. For the seascape i used styrofoam and cotton with gloss medium.

Very impressive, further inspiration for me to get this kit, I particularly like the dynamic scene the diorama conveys with the wake of the ship making its turn, very well executed, yia sou!

I like how you managed to capture a moment in history and breathed life into the situation.
Perhaps some judicious use of 1/350 crew miniatures, some full spectrum lighting, and a suitable case would realize the full potential of your work.
Just a thought.

Konstantin thank you very much for your kind words and recommendations. The 1/350 figures were impossible to get with the financial situation in Greece. My photography skills leave a LOT to be desired i admit. I am pleased to report that the model won bronze at the local model competition.
