Given the high standard of their preceding HMS Naiad this should be very tempting.

Isn't the kit coming with complete PE, like Naiad? Or is Flyhawk getting cheap? :wave_1:

Any corroboration?

I am reminded of the subject of this post: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=158014

The Ark Model Type VII in 1/48. I wonder if there is a relation?

:thumbs_up_1: Nice one biggles!
I'm ready for a couple of those.

We really need some decent quality 1/700th plastic from Eastern Europe; maybe this will be a start.
The entire WWII Morsky Flot needs doing, for example.

Do we know if anybody is making a late war Enterprise or Saratoga in 1/350 scale? I have the new Tamiya Saratoga in 1/700. I know the Merit Enterprise is 1942. I don't like that version.

Drdoom, I'll be very surprised if Merit doesn't milk their molds for the Yorktown class to the Max. by releasing a late war Enterprise at some point down the road, especially if the CV-5 and current CV-6 kits are good sellers. Just my opinion.

I have seen it on e bay. Strangely though, you can only find it on flyhawks Chinese version not on the English version?

AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

This is freaking KILLING ME!

I want those ships, and that is a freaking awesome deal.

But I cannot, right now, afford to drop $300 all at once!!!

Someone gimme $300.

Or even $150... I could pull off $150!

Of course, after struggling with the brass barrels on my USS San Francisco, they are harder to work with than I thought.
