Amazing.... No not good enough
Awesome.... Doesn't convey the awe enough
Inspiring..... Extreme understatement
Setting the standard..... Like anyone else could do that?
Museum quality..... Haven't seen one in a Museum that looks this good
Fantastic..... Still doesn't work even with a freakin in front of it

Jeff you have done what many wish they could, rendered me speechless. I will be lost without this thread to follow along with, somehow I always thought you would keep finding details and it would never end.

Bravo,
Matt

Congratulations on a 1st class build, Jeff! This one has been quite the odyssey and it deserves it's place among the forum's all-time most epic builds. :thumbs_up_1:

Sir,

I think Matt (Task Force 48) expressed my views as well. The amount of work alone is amazing and the results achieved are simply spectacular. I can't think of enough superlatives. Great, just great.

Regards,

Mac

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the kind words. Believe it or not, I'm considering selling her.

I wouldn't. But if you do, your model is worth about 20 grand at minimum. Make sure you get top dollar for it and that it goes to a serious collector.

Hey Jeff, I just had to get my $0.02 in here and tell you what a fantastic job you did on this beauty. You guys really humble me because I'm fairly certain I can never come up to your standards of excellence. This is a real work of art and you certainly have a right to be proud of what you have accomplished.

Beautiful job, My Friend. What are you going to do now?

Thanks Larry! Check out the WIP section for my next adventure. It's something I'm pretty excited about.

Thank you Rob and Jose!

Jose, Yes it was indeed a long journey but I enjoyed every step along the way. It took on a life of its own.
I think I could build an accurate Arizona kit now with my eyes closed :wave_1:

Jeff...2 years after you finished your Arizona I can finally see all the work you put into it! Photobucket put all the pictures back for us to see. Suck a great job on a famous warship and you brought it to life before that fateful day. I have that same kit and will use your work to try and make my USS Arizona a worthy ship as well. Been to the Arizona Memorial a few times and just recently finished reading "Second to the Last to Leave" by Lauren Bruner. Definitely an eye opener.

Thanks for letting me know! That is great news! I wonder why. I never paid any ransom money to them.

I haven't been following this thread as I am more interested in seeing finished or nearly finished models. I must say that this is the best plastic Arizona model I've seen. Honestly, I haven't been much impressed with what I've seen of the 1/350 and 1/200 kits. However, you're eye for detail is remarkable. Congratulations on your completion of your model! It is just great.
