At what dates the Bismarck is without svatiskas ?

If you mean during Operation Weserubung, Bismarck was repainted during the brief stay in Norway. The deck swastikas were also overpainted either at that time, or very shortly after, like the next day. Even though overpainted, the swastika was still faintly visible.
