Rigging diagram on modern USN ships

Post by Guest »

Anyone have a rigging diagram for a modern US Navy Aegis Missle Cruiser? i'm making a model of the USS Antietam (CG-54) and was wondering if there is an accurate rigging diagram of what line goes to where. I am an ex-Army guy so if there are standard rigging, I am not familiar with it at all.

Thanks

I served on the Normandy (CG-60) and I can't remember any rigging at all. There MAY have been one or two line antennas for some comm sets, but that would be about it. Oh yes, flag laynards and the like as well.

Take a look at this topic on this board and you should be able to work it out through the photos there.

I am looking for flag lanyard rigging for my Aegis Cruiser build. The link you put in fires off a 404 Error. FYI I was on the Philippine Sea (CG-58).
