I've seen 1/700 models with sharper and cleaner detailing than that!

Actually... there's a lot worth considering here. It has the deck planking absent from the Trumpeter kit, and note how it has the hull bulges as separate pieces - and I think I see a flat funnel cap among the pieces. If you're interested in building the GZ as if she completed in 1940, this might be an easier place to start than the Trumpeter kit.

I am impressed! Why would they produce such kits with such bad molding? Quite a junk kit and indeed no better than the Tamiya rip offs like Minihobby KGVs... On the bright side, one might not need to do much to represent the 'battle damage' on one of these kits!
Anyway if it's cheap, then it worths the quality.

Well, my thoughts:
IF....you explicit want to build a 1940 Graf zeppelin......ok
But when i look carefully at the pics and see how crude the plastic parts are...
you have to use an sander to get the parts flat.
I think this kit is coming from C.C. LEE, notorious for there moulding
and suspect them using CONCRETE for their moulds
.
Anyone who can give some more know how about the manyfacturer ??
greetings Chris

Oh Dear !
I think you need new glasses - if you can't recognise "The Ark" you need an extensive course in ship i.d..

Oh dear. The only offering from ICM is a 1:700 of GroBer Kurfurst, a ship which they already have in 1:350. ICM really have a bee in their bonnet about the Konig class battleships don't they?

+ 1 more. I must say I have never understood why Fujimi did not issue it. From Ise, it was a modification, most of the kit was ready ...
