. Anyway, for anyone interested and not yet familiar with this, I would like to share you my experience, because it actually works quite well 
. It can be applied in very small amounts, and is a bit sticky when coming out of the pen, so small pieces do not fall off when they are not too heavy. You can (re-)position the parts as long as you like, and when it's all perfect (and that's what we are aiming for 
), lighten it up with UV light, and it instantly dries.Once hardened it is very strong and it also can be painted over. It gives much control and is very suitable for modeling in my opinion. If applied too many you can always carefully trim it off with a scalpel or X-acto knive. It does of course require a 'line of sight', glue in between two dark objects will not work.
It has definitely not replaced my plastic- and white glue, but it is a very welcome addition which I used for e.g. assembling 1/350 masts but mostly for attaching curved splinter shields.

I found the curved copper shields difficult to attach, I used the UV glue to glue one section after the other, making the shield following the deck shape. Aligning the SK radar to the mast platform was made easy.
