The basic technique will be found in "Tips and Tricks" under "Yamashita 1/700 Fubuki Hull Fixed (Hogging)" posted Nov. 2, 2015.Steve wrote:I have just corrected a "hogged" Hayasui hull for a fellow modeler. This was a simple "fix" compared to several DD hulls which had the opposite problem. Anyone with a Hayasui hull that needs help send a PM and I will provide the method I used.
Thanks, it is a bit confusing. The vendors seem to post pictures of the box cover which suggest that the detail sets are included, but my guess is that if you can read Japanese, you'd realize that the cover is just indicating that there is a detail set available. I ran into similar questions when looking at the Hasegawa Akagi 1:350.Dan K wrote:I agree it's a little confusing. I believe the Super detail kit contains the super PE fret. You could play it safe and buy the base kit and separate super PE fret - my base kit did not come with any smaller partial PE fret.
