1/700 YAMATO

Post by En-TACT »

I returned back into model ship building after 5 years, where I started Tamiya's 1/700 Yamato and left it aside. The brass photo-etched set is by Lionroar. I have much detail to do on this and plan to start painting it in Spring. Enjoy!

I decided to add a water scene to the base. My plan is to screw the Yamato's hull to the wooden base before applying all the details, and this was the opportunity to start working on the water-base scene.
