Aircraft colours on warships?

Hi all!
First post from a ship building newbie.

Slight problem, although a model maker for many years, I�ve only just seriously started ship modelling.
My problem is that I have many pots of acrylic paint from several makers, mainly Aeromaster and Vallejo, however they are all military or aviation colours.
Where could I find some form of conversion chart that will match them up to ship colours? Will my RAF medium sea grey be a match for Kriegsmarine hellgrau 50 or dunkelgrau 51? Will RLM 76 mixed with white make a good schnellbootweiss?
I have just finished Mirage�s ORP Mazur in US light gull grey, it looks about right but is this the equivalent of painting a Luftwaffe aircraft in USAF colours?
