My Tin Can is ?90 completed. only minor additions left to be made. I'll make the sea using acrylic gel on the picture frame.

I mostly used this plan but I made an eye decision because the scale was small

Thank you for the plan!

The Turkish navy had and has some interesting ships. I thought about building a G class frigate:

Image
TCG Gediz (F 495)

Image
TCG Gksu (F497)

Also the MEKO 200 TN and the new TF-100 and TF-2000 frigates would be interesting.

I am curiosly looking forward your G Class building.

Very popular and well known ship classes serviced into Turkish Navy.

Ship classes and kits that I know can be made as Turkish:

TCG Gayret - British O Class HMS Oribi Tamiya
G Class destroyer (USN Benson/Gleaves Class) - Dragon 1/350 and 1/700
Tepe Class Destroyer (USN Gearing/Allen M. Sumner Class) - Dragon 1/350, 1/700 Pit Road and Snowman (Both should be built with FRAM modification)
I Class (USN Fletcher Class) - 1/350 Trumpeter, 1/700 Tamiya (Should be built with late type mast and bridge modification)
Tepe Class Frigate(USN Knox Class) - 1/350 Orange Hobby, 1/700 Afv Club
G Class Frigate (USN Oliver Hazard Perry Class FFG) - 1/350 Academy, 1/700 Pit Road or Dragon
Gelibolu Class Destroyer(German Kln Class) - 1/700 NNT
S. Mehmetpa?a Class Training Ship (German Rhein Class Tender) - 1/700 NNT Lech/Lahn Tender (Should be built with poop deck modification and must be added French 100 mm guns)
Salihreis Class (MEKO 200 TNIIB) - 1/700 EV Models HS Hydra (Should be modified)

And also Turkish Ships will be on my slipway soon:

1/700 Tepe class frigate (Knox Class AFV Club+Gold Medal PE)
1/700 TCG Gayret (Tamiya O Class+White Ensign PE)
1/350 Yavuz Class MEKO 200 TN Track I (Scratchbuild+Veteran Models Resin Sets)

These are the previous ships that I built as Turkish:

G Class TCG GKOVA F 496 1/350 Academy
G Class
G Class
I Class Destroyer TCG ISTANBUL D 340 Trumpeter with Tom's Modelworks Photo Etch
I Class
I Class

Thank you very much for the list and the photos of your models!

NNT will probably release a tender of Rhein class (Klasse 401), i.e. the version which went to Turkey. Then it would be not necessary to convert Lahn (Klasse 403).

I was thinking about the conversion of the EV Model Hydra kit to the Salihreis Class (MEKO 200 TNIIB). The conversion is not easy because of the different shape of the rear superstructure to provide space for the Sea Zenith guns. Do they got SMART-S radars?

I am looking forward to your conversions!

NNT Klasse 401 kit hopefully comes out soon.

Yes, you're right. Hydra's aft superstructure modification seems little bit difficult, due to resin material. Maybe the aft side can be completely cut off and remade with evergreen plates. Sure it depends on builder's skills and practices.

Yes the last 4 MEKO 200TN's AWS 9 radars were replaced by the 3D Smart S radars in 2015.
