Agree...they could be doing a lot better than what they produce! They have decades of injection plastic experience over Flyhawk, and Flyhawk comes along (seemingly out of nowhere) and are producing incredible models! I found some pics of your HMS Colossus, it seems good. But frankly speaking, it cannot equal to Flyhawk in quality. The AA weapons, search lights, rafts and some other little parts of Flyhawk are much better than any 1/700 competitor now. Trumpeter, Hasegawa, Aoshima, Tamiya, Fujimi, Veryfire, Orangehobby, Blueridge, none of them could even get close to Flyhawk. Just curious
Having watched Mike's process of including as much detail as possible and within the constraints of styrene modeling, I can vouch for the quality of this kit.
