This link shows more info: http://www.flyhawkmodel.com/html/xwgg/20/07/2024.html

Produced by Sphyrna Models which might be a new sister company to Flyhawk like Kajika.
It also calls the company Hammerhead Shark Model Studio - which kinda makes sense since Sphyrna is the name of a family of Hammerhead sharks.

IHP is planning the cancelled 1966 British fleet carrier 'CVA-01' in plastic. We are taking pre-orders now. Pre-orders will determine whether or not we go ahead with the project. See the webpage for details and the pre-order link.

I don't normally do 1/700 but for this one I'll make an exception.
On the slip - all 1/350
USS Fletcher - Tamiya w/GMM PE and L'Arsenal resin
USS Mackinac AVP-13 - ISW w/ AM parts from several sources
In the design office -
HMS Ariadne Conversion of WEM kit

I hope auroramodelshop or dawngrocerystore open in time for these kits. There's also Gneisenau and Scharnhorst 1940 to get! Those two stores always have the best prices!

I received an email from hobby search this AM offering it as available in September. Looks like there will be a standard version and a deluxe version with more? turned metal barrels and extra photoetch. I'm not sure, the turned metal barrels in the deluxe version look to be for the 4" guns and the 12pdr(? the guns on top of the turrets), but maybe the 8 guns are for the 12" but just depicted out of scale....

Speaking of "I Love Kits," Mega Hobby has 1/350 CV-67 USS JFK listed for sale.

https://www.megahobby.com/products/uss- ... e-kit.html

I didn't see it in the list on the 1st pg, assume because these are re-popped Trumpeter.
On the workbench:
I Love Kit 1/72 OSA-I

Recently completed:
Das Werk 1/16 Panzer III Ausf. J (early)
Trumpeter 1/35 SA-8 Gecko
Trumpeter 1/350 Moskva (Slava-class)

Exactly. I don't put repops on there unless there are new moulds involved (as far as I can know).

I just saw on scalemates that Meng is planning a 2020 release of USS Enterprise CV-6 in 1/700. No word yet on how it's fitted out, but I'd not be surprised if it's an early fit, with Meng's signature construction mode built in.
