Hi,
Ive spent hours reading forums but cant quite find what Im looking for. Lots of links seem to have expired now. Ive bought a Tamiya 1/350 model of Bismarck. Building it doesnt daunt me but Ive read that Tamiya pints arent very accurate.
The instructions list 14 different paints. Im looking for a suitable alternative to Tamiya paints please. Id like to try acrylic having used enamel in the past. Ive not built a model for years but did lots as a child.
I dont have a spray gun nor do I want the expense if I can help it. Maybe there is a spray can colour available for the hull and superstructure?
Thanks in advance

Re: Bismarck model paints
Lifecolor makes a set of Kriegsmarine paints that are suitable for Bismarck: https://airbrushes.com/product_info.php ... ts_id=2844
That set will suffice to depict Bismarck during the her final/only operation. If you want to depict the Baltic stripes, you'd need a black and a white as well. You'd also need a wood deck colour.
