At least this time it's not just a mock-up for a gunnery exercise: but its length at merely 150 meters from what I read on other forums and its description suggests more of an LPD rather than a carrier or any other capital ship.

Iran's Guards launch aircraft carrier-scale warship amid tensions with U.S.: TV
1 hour ago
DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards have added a warship capable of carrying aircraft, missile launchers and drones to its naval fleet, state media said on Thursday, at a time of high tension between Tehran and Washington.
Antagonism between longtime foes Tehran and Washington has risen since 2018, when President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from world powers' 2015 nuclear deal with Iran and reimposed sanctions that have crippled the Iranian economy.
A U.S. official told Reuters on Monday that Trump, with two months left in office, had asked for options on attacking Iran's main nuclear site at Natanz, but ultimately decided against taking the dramatic step.
The Islamic Republic reiterated that any attack on it by the United States would face a "crushing" response.

Iran holds missile drill with two new warships
By: Nasser Karimi, The Associated Press ? 3 hours ago
TEHRAN, Iran Irans Navy began a short-range missile drill in the Gulf of Oman on Wednesday and inaugurated its largest military vessel, state TV reported, amid heightened tensions over Tehrans nuclear program and a U.S. pressure campaign against the Islamic Republic.
The two-day missile drill was being held in the gulfs southeastern waters, and two new Iranian-made warships joined the exercise: the missile-launching Zereh, or armor, and the countrys largest military ship, the Makran a logistics vessel with a helicopter pad named for a coastal region in southern Iran.
President Donald Trump in 2018 unilaterally withdrew the U.S. from Irans nuclear deal, in which Tehran had agreed to limit its uranium enrichment in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions. Trump cited Irans ballistic missile program among other issues in withdrawing from the accord.
