Updated analysis on the sinking of Kirishima

Post by Tim Jacobs »

For those who have been on this forum for a while, you may remember a discussion we had in 2008 concerning analysis of the sinking of Kirishima by USS Washington. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=37013

I just found out today that Mr Lundgren posted an essay in 2020 that updated his original assessments. The new essay contains a lot of pictures taken from R/V Petrel supporting some previous assessments and forcing changes to others. Anthony Tulley was on Petrel for the expedition and co-authored this new essay.

It's 46 pages long, but many of the pages are a single image with a sentence or two of description/discussion.
