1/700 CVA-01 from IHP

Some good news from IHP: We have a new quote we like from a manufacturer in China, and it means we may start tooling the CVA-01 kit sooner than we expected.

This injection-moulded plastic kit will be the most singularly unique aircraft carrier kit ever offered in 1/700 scale, at a price you can afford, and with engineering that will have you completing it fast, unlike the cancelled prototype.

We have been accepting preorders for some time now, and we are still accepting them. They will only be available through the IHP website: no dealer sales. Production will be limited to a few hundred kits. PREORDER MSRP is $69.95 (plus shipping to be determined for your location when the kits arrive) and we will be honoring this as a preorder price until the kits are in production.

CVA-01 UPDATE:

At the moment, we are still short of the minimum number of kits needed to start tooling this kit. It's looking like it's not going to work out.
