Yep received 30USD.
But we will refund 6USD because shipping cost is charged only one time.
So we would ship 3 frets of #5 PE with 24USD.
Thank you

I haven't got anything back or received my fret either. Not that I'm moving at lightning speed on my build but what can we expect for an ETA on the fret Kim?

Dear Mr. Kim,

it seems to me that you might look into this thread with a higher probability since it is about money sent to you. When you have a chance could you please be so kind to have a look into the thread about the Pontos set for the USS Essex from Merit. There is still an open question regarding your promiss of delivery some years ago.

Thank you very much for your attention regarding your customers humble questions.

kindly,
Dietrich

Dear Mr Kim

I've left you like 10 messages so far. You've promised to reply in January and it's may now. Simple yes or no would be enough so I will know if I can move on with my build :wave_1:

Best,

I concur. I sent Mr. Kim money and emails and now "crickets", that means nothing Mr. Kim. An acknowledgement would be good and the right thing to do. Lots of folks here.

I have a small stock of spare Fret #5s here now:
https://www.sovereignhobbies.co.uk/coll ... nel-fret-5

We have been forced to remove options for non-tracked overseas postage because we were losing around 50% of everything sent to one EU member state in particular but occassionally losses elsewhere (but mostly Spain :mad_1: ) so I expect these will appeal more to UK customers, however all are welcome obviously. You could always buy more to make overseas shipping more worthwhile

The HMS Hood Association is still waiting on its review copy as well. Any chance we could get our full set as promised before June Mr Kim? We are holding our annual reunion and I had hoped to show the detail set off during the event.

The reunion is on the weekend of 3/4 June in Portsmouth. We have an Annual General Meeting for members followed by a dinner. The following day is a church service at St Anns Church. Not sure if the dinner is sold out yet or not, but I do know we have to submit our attendance list for St Anns soon for security purposes (as its on the naval base).

I know some of the folks who regularly attend also happen to be model builders. I will be sure to talk with them about the kit and parts, etc.

I got a confirmation personal email from Mr. Kim that my frets are on the way today, 05/18/17. Hopefully others will receive some sort of confirmation from him as well.

I just received the hood upgrade set, having purchased all of your sets in the 1/200 scale range I have to say I think this is the best set so far. You truly raised the bar and created a set that will make a museum quality model which is what I aim for when building.

Thank you very much!

WOW! YEOWZER!! YIKES!! what the heck did I get into?? Jamie, the detail set arrived today safe and sound, AND a week earlier than expected ! thank you. Also a HUGE THANK YOU to Mr Kim and his staff at Pontos for producing such a fantastic set and for working with the resident experts at the HMS Hood Association to make this set possible. And, of course, to Trumpeter, for making the kit, and doing a fine job of it. This is my first experience with a Pontos set, and now need to persuade them to branch out into 1/32 scale and make sets for the Wingnut Wings kits. Jamie, I will be ordering the Hood paints from your USA distributor, ( not used colourcoats before either), and will grab the AOTS book for good measure. The Hood Association page is up and running ready. Damn nice project all around, reckon it will keep me quiet for about 2 years. Regards, Pete
