Ok, this has been bugging me for awhile and its not about to go away, I have 2 Km heavy gunners, lvl 41, both are OK but one of them has about a 7k exp lead ont he other and it is really messing me up, the reload times are totaly different so I have to keep setting my guns to simultaious and the shot spread is pretty random, I have burned off all the experts on the good gunner to try and equal them up but for the first time I had about 3 suceful conversions in a row!!!!!! can anyone give me a tip to equal my 2 gunners off?

remove one from your ship until the other catches up. and know for next time, chose gunners with the same stats!!

The reload difference isn't due to your XP. It's how many vets and experts you have on them, along with whether they have the same base reload or not.

well, I started these guys a looooooooooooooong time ago... before I knew anythign about stats so, well, I guess Il just stick with them, taking one off woudl take too long for the other to catch up, oh well, this will be interesting when I get up to a higher lvl...

i know from experience, gunners with uneven reload are annoying. my original gunners, now level 78, are uneven base reload. a huge nuisance. unfortunately, i have found no way to fix the reload difference other than putting it on simultaneous. as for the exp gap, as said above remove the higher one from the ship until the other one catches up. play like a nelly =)
