richelieu at 1/350 completed

Post by LE BOSCO »

Hi gents

Well, after almost two years of mounting almost 1000 photos of a step by step, I just put the propellers in place, which puts an end to this step by step, thread, where your participation has been very active, and my well helped me feel less alone . I want to thank two people who have been vital for the realization of my Richelieu
Uncle Jack (J.Druel) for the molding of resin pieces, and Big bear (B.Gire) for his great kindness, and his great talent for the realization of a specific plank of PE and for the decals of "Hull draft marks" and also Seb (S.Lausdat) for the master of the anchor ,and for finish ,Laurent the new guardian of Richelieu :-)

At last you complete her--truly most excellent!!!!

The model is as sharp as a razor-- ouch...!!!! :cool_2:

I nearly cut myself looking at he pictures!!

the sum total of all your fine scratch-building shines out-- gives a very very crisp model!!

One of the few builds I've seen that is truly worthy of being called "Epic"! :worship_1: :worship_1: :worship_1:

Thank you so much Nicolas for letting us tag along on your build... I honestly learned a lot!

Nicolas,

Wonderful representation of a handsome ship. A true work of art!

Congratulations!

Nicolas,

The ship is fantastic, but I especially like the presentation. An "impressionistic" dry dock just makes much more sense than lamp parts. You could also say that is one time that a representation of "Aztec" stairs would not be a mistake.
