Lotsa goodies in there, thanks for sharing!!!

Seems France wants a conventional De Gaulle; interesting. Neat stealthy attack helo on the stern of that first DD/FF after the CV.

Nice to see the AEGIS LCS there too. Now when will we be getting ours?!

REALLY like that armed Salvage ship design. So detailed, I love it :cool_2: Whose is it? Looks like Spain maybe.

Wish you could save the photos...stupid Flash....

One of the (many) concepts shown that I like is the Patrol Frigate 4921.

http://www.defensemedianetwork.com/stor ... ationally/

I would lengthen the hull a bit to add more VLS cells and return some of the endurance sacrificed for the combat systems. I'd add a second LM-2500 to increase sprint speed and allow for two complete units of machinery.

If possible, I'd consider up-gunning to the OTO Melara 127mm lightweight and perhaps adding a 30-40mm (76mm might be a little over the top) gun on the fantail if the hull stretch allowed the Harpoons to be moved between the superstructure.

Poof. a US frigate to take the patrol/escort roles.
