If you have purchased an Enhanced Edition of my book on the history of the CVL-22 kindly correct page 269 to indicate that she had ten Twin 40mm guns after the repair / refit at Hunters Point, when she returned to the war in June 1944.
Also please change page 804 (Specifications - Armament) - from nine to ten after the 44 repairs.
I will be uploading a correction next week however I would like to have the error corrected in the books you may have.

USS Independence CVL-22 Gun count.
10 Twin 40mm Bofors were on board (AFTER June 1944), vs. the 9 stated in my book.
