Hi Scott

When it comes to hull lines, its hard to find on the net. More often than not, you will have to purchase them from a plans sevice like Loyalhana, the Dromedry, or Floating Drydock.. However, there's a good collection of General arrangements over on the HNSA site that are free.

Hi,
I have been using one site : http://www.the-blueprints.com/blueprints/ships/
Many ships are available, and the year of the drawing sometimes appear.
Several drawings are very fine, and highly detailed.
And as far as I know, downloading drawings on the site is free. Just have to register.
