Iam asking for some help iam trying to make the sps48&49 on my carriers to rotate any help would be grateful

At the minimum you will need a small electric motor and a reduction gear. Small pulley turns a larger pulley with a belt or chain. The large pulley is at the base of the shaft attached to your radar. The shaft will have to be fixed so it doesn't wiggle or rattle. Bearings fixed to your model would be a wise investment.

Your first step should be your local R/C hobby store. They may be able to save you a lot of wasted time and effort.

I would look into model railroad stuff. They have an amazing amount of moving accessories to make their landscapes come alive, using electrical motors, and I'm sure you can find something with an axis which turns at the right speed.

If it doens't have a battery attached, you will have to connect this to a battery of the right voltage (or fit a resistor), and an on-off switch of some sort. These are all easy enough to obtain and connect. Deciding on the best location for the switch will be another matter!

Since we don't know your precise application or what your vessels have in terms of radar, in general you will need a hollow mast or a tube to run a small wire drive shaft through. Locate the gear motor under the superstructure and connect it to the drive shaft and to the radar.

It specifies 32 RPM at 6V which is about radar speed. It is not fast but slow and steady. Lower voltage would slow it down even more and the reverse is also true.
