Is the bow dome on Ohio class subs completely black, or separated into black and hull red at waterline? Thanks

Launching of Phoenix, with Ohio in the water next to her.
Launching of Georgia, also with Ohio next to her.
Ohio undergoing conversion to SSGN - note red/black split has moved to the middle and not the waterline.
But Louisiana, commissioning much later, had the red up to the waterline, including the dome.
