Hi All,
I would really appreciate it if anyone could tell me what would be the best glue to bond styrene to wood or GRP? I am working on a fleetscale type 45 and I have made the back panel (aircraft hanger panel) from styrene sheet and I plan to bond it to wood supports and the edge will bond to the GRP hull. I've done some tests and epoxy just peels straight off the styrene.

Rough up the styrene surface a bit with sand paper and use medium Cyano acrylate glue (crazy/instant glue) use a little accelerator on the edges to cure it and it should be good to go. Be generous when applying to get a good bond.

Degrease carefully and roughen the styrene sheet, then epoxy resin should hold.
