White (PVA) and/or CA (super) glue.

Pros of PVA (inverse being the cons of CA):
Flexible when dry (withstands temperature changes better)
Longer drying time (more time for you to position the part)
Excess can be wiped off with water
Available in large quantities

Cons of PVA (inverse being the pros of CA):
Weaker bond
De quoi s'agit-il?

And, in a few cases, possibly solder. Rather more intimidating to the first time user, but MUCH stronger bond. That isn't always a good thing, but in a few cases, such as with a brass mast and cross arms, it is. Of course, nobody solders PE to plastic. But sometimes for PE-to-PE, it's better. Another example is with some of the dockside crane kits, which are ALL PE. Some of the base parts are better soldered.
