I know it is about the ship, but gotta say that water is spot on, so realistic. And it is so often a dioarama with good model ruined by some crappy windex purple water. Well done here!

How about the linoleum part, is it the Hasegawa printed overlay? It looks really good! What was the experience?

Yes, it is the Hasegawa printed.For me the best solution.The photo etching stripes (all companys) are not so good.They just do not fit the scale 1/700 (too thick).

BTW is the Hasegawa linoleum sheet on paper or styrene? Have you had any issues working with it?

It's styrene.I make a test-copy (paper) with a laser Printer.It's ok but the brass stripes are yellow...(Hasegawa original brass)BTW is the Hasegawa linoleum sheet on paper or styrene?
