Does anyone know how to resize and print decals useing windows programs? Even if I have to find the ones I need, It would be a hugh help to me.

You can scan in the original, then open it in MS Paint. Go to "Image" then "Stretch/Skew", and play around with the percentages (make sure that horizontal and vertical stretch/compression percentage is the same!) until the desired size is reached. You can check as to how big it will be relative to a regular sheet of 8.5"x11" letter-sized paper (or any other size paper) by going to view print.
