RN battle honours

Post by Werner »

I know a ship in the Royal Navy carries the battle honours of the ships by that name in the past.

Is there a website that lists RN ship names and the battle honours attending ships of that name?
If an unfriendly power had attempted to impose on America the mediocre educational performance that exists today, we might well have viewed it as an act of war.

http://www.royal-navy.mod.uk has the battle honours for names of current RN ships.

You would need to go through the history ship by ship

There was a book published years back in the UK that was a full history of all Battle Honors of Royal Navy ships. Sorry, I never bought a copy so don't recall the title. A little searching on google may turn it up though. I'm guessing it was in the 1980s that it came out. It would have all the information for sure. :cool_1:
