The Baltic Sea 1944-45 new naval book

Has anyone out there purchased or looked over a copy of this recent US Naval Institute published book "Hitler, D�nitz, and the Baltic Sea" by Howard D. Grier. ???
From the short review, it is hard to know to what degree German naval operations are covered in it. I'de hope for a detailed review of the German Navy's huge number of evacuations, shore bombardments and general support of the Army. I fear this may be a long political history instead. Anyone seen or read this book yet??
