Hey Guys,

Looking for HMS Roberts plans (Monitor)? I know i saw some a while ago but now that i need them i cant find them!

...Preferably in 1/144 but if thats not possible then in another scale...

There's a JSC 1/400th scale card model that gives a fair bit

... but otherwise I suspect that you would need to get the National Maritime Museum plans at hideous expense.

Suggest you look at Hobby Factory Paper Models or Paper Model Store websites if you're interested in the JSC version.

Here's a website commonly used by R/C combat modellers. Plans tend to be top/side/profile views with varying level of details. Be forewarned, an annoying klaxon will blare when you first enter.

RC-Artwerks is also getting ahold of Bob Pottles plans (and molds) for the Roberts.

Have you considered the Profile Morskie series of books ??? They have two on the RN Monitors, one on the Roberts and another on the Abercrombie. While not 100% accurate, I think you might get all the info you wish...
