USS Wyoming (Coastal Monitor)

Post by pajaar »

Hi all,
Thought this might be of interest. It isn't completed yet, and still needs secondary battery, rails, boats, etc., but it is starting to come together. I'd particularly appreciate any comments or suggestions on the hull underwater. I don't think I've got the shape around the props and rudder modeled properly, but I don't have an image that gives me those hull sections. Still, I think it does look nice sitting in the water.

Thanks for the tip, Timmy. It's been a while since I've had to worry about parsing HTML. ;-)

Great work, what program do you use?

Hi Avery,
I built them in Rhino 3 (and now 4), and rendered them in Flamingo.
