Think maybe Kim was paying attention. Plus I wonder in how many years we will be seeing Japanese hulls partroling the sealanes between The Horn of Africa, the Gulf and Home Waters. That might be something for the Mullahs in Tehran to keep in mind

The Japanese will be there only if their presence is completely symbolic, and does not materially contribute to the discomfiture of the Islamist regime. If the Japanese presence could in fact materially contribute to problem facing Tehran, then rest assured the Japanese will not be there.
