A long article in Globalsecurity.Org http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/systems/sbi.htm describes an evidently active program to place ICBM interceptors in space, with funding showing out at least as 2013 for the current phase.
Although Congressional authorization specifically limits funding on the space-based component except and upon specific reporting, we have no idea if that report has been submitted.
