RN 12"/50 vs 12"/45 (WW.I)
Can someone characterize the "tumbling" of the /50 shell, it's effects on combat and barrel life, and measures taken to counteract it?
If an unfriendly power had attempted to impose on America the mediocre educational performance that exists today, we might well have viewed it as an act of war.
