Richard,

If WEFALCK will forgive me for adding my two pennyworth? I have these two publications. They are what I will term "deep" examinations of the design processes that the Imperial German Navy went through to build the relevant ships. Both are good and it is a pity that they have never been translated into English. However and this is only my opinion, they are somewhat short on photographs meaning that they may be of little value of a person looking for mere model-making information. That said, there are some good, loose, small scale drawings in a pocket in the back of the "Groer Kreuzer" book. Do make sure that they are included if buying second-hand copy!

Worth buying but I hope that your naval German is good!
