Naval Photographic Club UK?

In the latest cruiser SIG newsletter (received via email) a late-1941 photo of HMS Galatea is depicted in an unusual 'transitional' camouflage scheme and also Dimi has posted a better quality version on S/N message boards.
In the newsletter the photograph is accredited to: courtesy of the Naval Photographic Club.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with this Club? I have never heard of them and could not find where they are based in the UK
I could not find a website via Google and I could not find out what their function and/or role is etc.
The only thing I could find was the following address, through some sort of Sea Cadets competition years ago:

Before I write to Dr Veasey, I first thought to see if anyone can shed any light on this unknown club?

Never heard of it either, but the Royal Mail website does show the address to be incomplete. A quick Google search for Dr. Veasey narrows it down to:

Rectory Farm
East Chaldon Road
Winfrith Newburgh
DORCHESTER

Incidentally, it's the Naval Photograph Club, not the Naval Photographic Club.

Might try this form on the web it's called world naval ships form. Sailors from all parts of the globe are at this web site, they should have the answers you seek.

Hi,
You may already know this-whilst sorting through old reference material over Xmas,I came across the above mentioned "club"-a magazine called "Ships and shipmodels" of the mid 50's,(1954-56 for certain)possibly the forerunner of "Model Boats" (?) magazine in the UK. I had clipped some things from the mags before chucking out for recylcling several months ago. The gentleman appears to have had an occasional series of articles of 1-2 pages in this magazine.Nothing else known,hth....

But I have managed to get the address for the current secretary for the said club (someone called Mike Cooper) from Les Brown who used the Galetea photo in the cruiser SIG newsletter.
I will send him a letter.
