USS Lionfish

Post by lrankine »

I'm beginning my next project which is that old standard, the Revell Lionfish. In addition to obtaining some conversion kit items (deck, Sail, guns, brass etch) I'll be drilling out the drain holes in the hull and was wondering what the best/most precise method of doing this might be. I did a few test holes using a Dremel tool but I'm not getting the control I'd like. Thoughts?

Drill out each end of the hole with a hand drill and cut out the center part.
Any ship larger than a Destroyer is a waste of metal.
