Hi,

Dutch light cruiser......finished last Sunday.....

Can not buy the HP models one,because it is too expensive in China...So I scratch built the cruiser......I think I can scratch build one model per year :ph34r:

Extremely impressive work on a model of a very interesting and rarely modelled ship!
I'd certainly never have believed this was 1/700 scale if you hadn't said. Is that a real wood deck? (if not, it's certainly very well painted)

I haven't seen the HP kit, but i have their De Ruyter and Johan Maurits van Nassau kits and i would have to say you could not be very far off from the quality of the HP kit.
