HMS Zulu...need some advice:)

Hello folks,

I just got a 2nd hand 1:96 HMS Zulu (Deans Marine) RC model.but since the dull colour scheme applied by the previous owner, I'd like to repaint her.

Here is a photo of my friend's 1:96 HMS Zulu, does it looks too colourful or it is the correct scheme for her?


When I "googling" the web resources, I can't find any colour scheme for HMS Zulu, are there any HMS expert could give some hints for her? Thanks!

Well the hull might be right but the deck green is way too green and the forecastle and hull anti fouling should be red lead.

I'll dedge out a photo of my tartar and post it, she is in the right colours.

First i have to work out how to add a photo.

I served on HMS Zulu in 1968/69 her Forcastle was green in colour and the bottom half of her mast was white
