Scratchbuilder wanted: Frigate BAP Independencia 1/700

Hi all.

I have a strong interest in ships of the Pacific War between Peru and Chile.
I am starting to build (with little conversion work) a 1/700 kit of the BAP Huascar, I will also
scratchbuild a 1/700 monitor BAP Manco Capac, but I know my limits, so:

I need somebody who would build a model of the Peruvian armoured frigate Independencia for me.
Scale: 1/700, waterline. No rigging required, masts can be separate.
