Juno, 1801

Post by A.Bienkowski »

Dear Sirs,
I am interesting in the history of the famous american sailing ship "Juno" (1801) and would like to make a model copy. The captain of this ship was Mr. Wolf who travelled in the Pacific Ocean, and then he was the first american man, who travelled through Russia from the Far East to St. Petersburg. He sold "Juno" to russian diplomat N.Rezanov, who travelled on this ship from Alaska to California. I believe, the information on "Juno" is in:
the famous book by Fairburn (1945) "Merchant sail". However, it is impossible for me to look this book.
Would you be so kind to help with the finding this book. I am intertested in the pages devoted to "Juno". Thank you beforehand.
