:help_1:
Above is the link to my post of pictures of pt 728 that I toured when it stopped by. I picked up a brochure that the crew had that is from PT boats INC. There is a picture in the brochure of the USS Acontius AGP-12.

I am interested in building a model of this in 1/350 scale. I noticed that the hull is I believe of a liberty ship so i think i can use the trumpeter liberty ship for part of the build. But the deck and above is different.

I have only found 2 pictures on the internet of the ship. I called PT boats INC and they are going to look for more pictures that they might have but they believe they do not have any drawings or plans of the ship. They told me to check with the national archives.

If anyone has or knows of plans, drawings, blueprints, and more pictures please let me know. :please:

Thanks

You might try the website below, which contains helpful photos of the early construction: http://shipscribe.com/usnaux/AGP/AGP12-p.html

Hugh Letterly of Loose Cannon East did a C-1 kit in 1/700. LC kits always contain basic plans you can use as a starting point, you can also contact Hugh directly as I think he is a member of this forum.
