Treasury class coastguard cutters in WWII

Post by sandy »

Hi,

Does anyone have any information about the camouflage and colour schemes on these ships in WW2?

I see some were camouflaged while on Atlantic convoy duty. Does anyone know what the colours were and are there drawings available of the schemes for the ships?

Thanks in advance.

Ron Horabin built one in 1/72 scale: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=21678

One of the schemes used (indeed, the one on Ron's Duane) was MS 16 "Thayer System": http://shipcamouflage.com/measure_16.htm
