I hope that it is not just too late to outfit the model of the Bismarck with correct Railings on the Main Deck.
In the PONTOS Detail Up Set the parts 01 to 15 represent Three Bar Railings, - but this is absolutely wrong!
In reality the Main Deck of the Bismarck was outfitted with Chain Railings (for example see pp. 013, 020 to 027 in the famous book of J. Kaiser).
Even in the upper decks there were Chain Railings (see pp. 035, 036, 040 to 042, 055 to 062) but also Three Bar Railings ( see pp. 063 to 067, 073, 082, 086, 097, 144 to 158)
So, Mr. Kim, would you please be so kind to fix this problem and offer in the PONTOS Advanced Set at least the parts 01 to 15 as Chain Railings.
And if there is still some place on the photo edge set it would be great if you could offer there additional Sloping Supports for the railings.
Please.

I am testing Vent louvres.
It took 10minutes to assemble following vent sample.
Testing and testing....




And Chris,
I also know the maindeck and some stucture rails are with loosen chain.
Though our rails might be straign chain you can modify each rail as loosen type with hiting the center of each rail(pole to pole) with a some heavy pencil or similar tool.
But in Advanced set we would input individual rail pole with 3 holes for 0.2mm wire.

I hope you are well, I've tried emailing the help address with no answer so figured I'd ask you on here.
In January I bought the 23001F1 kit and after drilling holes in the hull have now found out the photo etch sheet 11 is missing !! So now I have holes in the boat with nothing too fill it with ....
So can I ask how I go about getting a replacement ???

From 4days go and by tomorrow morning (25th March) I am focusing on releasing new PE film editing of various projects.
I will arrange and ship the missed or asked parts to you after noon.
Too many Emails but I also try to answer all at tomorrow after noon(+8hour from Greenwich Mean time).
