Are you talking about the actual connection to the missiles, or the Radio tech stuff?
Using a switch 16,
http://www.modelcontrol.com/switch16.htm you can set up 16 momentary pushbuttons on your TX using one channel, then you have 16 outputs from the RX connected to the igniters in the missiles.
If you want the missiles to fire faster than you pushing a button, then use one button and design a delay cct between each missile. The delay cct can be made to fire off a half second (or whatever time you want) after getting the signal, daisy chaining them will give you a cascade effect. I don't think that's a good idea though. Once started, you couldn't stop it if anything went wrong.
Also keep in mind, that this kind of pyrotechnics is most likely illegal in most places. You'd require a license at the minimum, but I believe launch controls by radio signal is a no-no due to interference issues.
